Mr. Michael Kandukutu, Head of Department
The Department of Health and Social Welfare is headed by Mr Michael Kandukutu supported by the following General Council Standing Committees on Safety / Health and Climate Change ; Social Security and Pensions is responsible for carrying out the following functions:
- Workplace Safety and Health Audits
- Promotion of work around Health and Social welfare, Pensions and Social Security
- Training on Environment, Climate Change, HIV/AIDS TB and Wellness at the workplace
- Policy Development with a bias towards Safety Health, HIV/AIDS and Climate Change
- OSH Research and Developement
